UPDATE: Running and Website

Two days ago I reached 3K mark. Now I can run 3K, not so comfortably daily. The shin splints are also gone, I am also lifting weight every 2 days. I have also made some changes in my diet like I am eating fewer carbs, more protein and no sugar. I can definitely feel the changes physically and mentally.

Now, let’s talk about the website. So I have launched the version 1.1 in which I have changed the entire layout of the website completely. Some pages are still not online because I’ve been lazy for a few days. But definitely will get them online too in short time.
