I have incorporated core training with running because a strong core helps you to maintain good form and also lowers your risk of injury. If you feel discomfort or pain in your lower back, it means your core muscles are weak, and it’s time to train them.
I only do 2 exercises for training my core daily.- Planks
- Mountain Climbers
Planks
Try to hold your plank for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time. Do 2–3 sets daily till failure.
Mountain Climbers
Learn how to do mountain climbers
Do at least 30 reps without any rest. A single set is enough for this exercise, as you will start to feel your core after those 30 reps. Increase your reps gradually.
Add these exercises to your daily routine, and you will definitely feel the change in your core strength.
