Pushing too hard injured me. I had a runner’s knee, and I am recovering slowly. TBH, it hurts really bad like I can’t use stairs, and sharp pain just messes with your mind.

Speed is improving
I completed my first 4K in 27:26 with an average pace of 6:39/km, and today I ran 4K in 24:57 with an average pace of 5:53/km. So far, I have decreased my time by around 2 minutes in 7 days. I am getting closer to a 5K day by day, but I am not in a hurry because I want to enjoy my runs without injury. Maybe in the next two weeks, I will run my first 5K.
